svc drill team
An equestrian drill team is a group of horses and riders performing choreographed maneuvers to music. The Saint Vincent College Equestrian Drill Team involves a selected group of horses and riders (undergraduate, graduate, and alumni) that perform after Saint Vincent College's Homecoming parade. The Drill Team is an invitation only team and requires extra practices during the Fall school semester. The drill team was formed in 2010 and continues to create new routines and performance numbers each year.
2016 |
After the parade, the Drill Team performed to a patriotic theme at the 2016 Saint Vincent College Homecoming. Songs included Born in the USA and Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue. Unlike most drill teams, the riders use English saddles and support school colors green and yellow.
