Saint Vincent College leases facilities and horses for weekly lessons at Doubletree Farm throughout the spring and fall semesters. Doubletree Farm is located on 205 acres in New Alexandria, PA and is a 30-minute commute from campus. The farm is 100% original, and dates back to the mid 1800s. Doubletree is a private, historical, working hay and grain farm. The riding facilities and horses are provided to solely support the Saint Vincent College Equestrian Program. There are no boarding facilities at Doubletree Farm.

Doubletree Farm is home to the only remaining historical building in Loyalhanna Township, the Concord Schoolhouse. The schoolhouse was built in 1848 and was in use until 1953. It currently is a fully restored school museum. On August 23, 2014, the Concord Schoolhouse was the first schoolhouse in Westmoreland County, Pa to be listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
